The New Inn
A little bit about us...
The New Inn building is 400 years old and was an ex-pay house for coal miners and housed the monks that occupied the 700 year old St. Bridget’s church opposite. The recently extended dining room offers more than just a warm welcome and is the ideal place to have that intimate dinner or large dinner party. Dining is also popular outside on the quaint patio area and in the secluded garden with the views and sounds of the famous waterfall.
The menus are frequently changed and we offer a selection of daily specials always based on the fresh products available in the season. Call us on 01745 570482 to make your reservation.
Not only do we have good, flat accessibility for customers who use wheelchairs, but we also cater for dietary specialities. We make all our own food so we know what’s in it and can make adjustments, where necessary, to allow anyone to enjoy the atmosphere and gastronomic experience that our regular customers have come to expect of the New Inn in Dyserth.

A Traditional Pub & Restaurant
We serve traditional sunday roasts every Sunday 12-9pm, as well as a few items from our a la carte menu. Local is key to serving a good Sunday Roast. This is why we try to go that extra mile by really understanding where all our meat, vegetables and diary products come from. We use great local Welsh based businesses to supply our meat.
As well as our a la carte menu, we also have a specials board where all our chef’s bring their creative heads together and try to create dishes that our customers love. It is changed often, so be sure to visit us to try our other delicious meals that our Chef’s are so proud of.
